This research related with quality of making e-KTP in central Amuntai Amuntai Subdistrict. The service of making e-KTP was one of public services form that held by Government agencies in the Subdistrict. In the service still found some problem. There were less validity inhabitant data in residency card (KTP), hampered service because disturbed internet access and printing process took long time. Result of the research showed that there were aspects from the service of making e-KTP that still not had quality but there were others also had it. The services that still not had quality were speed and accuracy of service, emphaty of service official and physical tools of service. On the contrary, the aspects that had quality were skills, good manners and friendliness official.
