Performance assessment HR applies to public organizations or government agencies, especially the Environmental Office Bengkayang that the performance appraisal of Civil Servants (PNS) to use List of Work Implementation Assessment (DP3) in accordance with Article 20 of the Act (Act) No. 8 of 1974 and Government Regulation (PP) No. 10 of 1979. Where the article states that: "To further ensure objectivity in considering and establish promotion and appointment to positions held executive assessment work list and a list of sequential rank". In explaining the verse states: "The element that needs to be assessed in DP3, between fidelity, performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation, initiative and leadership".The problem in this research is how the elements DP3 influence on the performance of civil servants working in the Environmental Office Bengkayang, with the aim to identify and explain the Elements DP3 Influence on Performance of Civil Servants On Environment Office Bengkayang. Information and data collected in this study include the primary and secondary data. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling method ie sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample, as many as 18 people. The analysis tool used is descriptive analysis the percentage of "Percentage provide an overview easy to compare or know most of data in units per one hundred (percent).The results showed that the use of performance appraisal of civil servants in the Office of the Environment DP3 Bengkayang included in either category, is seen with the values listed in DP3 PNS always rose in every year and never had a fixed value or even values down. Recommendations for this study focused on the need to improve the enforcement of labor discipline and compensation of employees because it has proven very strong influence on the performance of civil servants and civil servants able to foster a positive perception of the place they work.
